Changed your mind?
You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Email info@booandbiscuit.uk with your order number before returning anything. We will send the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not send products back to the supplier address shown on a parcel.
Items should be returned in the condition in which you received them. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has lowered its value. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is normally paid by the customer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the credit.
This policy does not limit your rights under UK consumer law.
