Products and orders
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colours can vary by screen and pet sizing varies by product. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error occurred.
Prices and payment
Prices and available delivery charges are shown before payment. You must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery information.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown on product pages and at checkout. Unless we explicitly agree a guaranteed date in writing, estimates are not guarantees. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.

Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
